New Construction: Chelsea + Art

Construction has started on a new condo/rental combo at 540 West 28th Street. The 13 story building will have 189 units and a second entry for renters at 537 West 27th St. There will be 88 condo units and 101 rental units.

Condo prices range from $520,000 to $4.6 million. The building was designed by architect Leonard Fusco of GF55 Partners. The building is being called + art located in the design district.

Features include oiled floors and steel fixtures with Subzero refrigerators and a Bertazzoni range. Located steps from the new High Line park. Apartments range from studio to 4-Bedroom homes.

Amenities include a curated lobby, Art Yard, Fitness Center, Attended Lobby, 421-A Tax Abatement, Roof Terrace, and concierge service from Abigail Michaels.
