520 West 28th Street is a boutique condominium being developed by the Related Company designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. This boutique condominium will be contemporary and sculptural, creating a unique dynamism adjacent to the High Line in West Chelsea, one of Manhattan’s most exciting neighborhoods.

The 11-storey new development being built in 2014 will feature approximately 37 residences of up to 5,500 square feet with 11-foot ceilings, technological integration and tailored interiors.
