Looks very nice. I live around the corner and it seems that construction is going very fast unlike a few other projects in the area. I have heard generally good things about Alchmy - anybody hear anything about this building?
ReplyDeleteCompletion is anticipated to be April/May 2009
ReplyDeleteWell, it’d be great if everything was cheaper, wouldn’t it.

ReplyDeleteI can tell you this, at least there is construction moving in Manhattan. Staten Island seems to be relative ghost town on new construction.
