The façade is composed of bluestone quarried in the Catskill region of upstate New York that has been artfully composed, arranged and layered by developer, design architect, and builder DDG. This thoughtful craftsmanship results in a building that is modern with classic details. Exposed interior concrete elements, as well as bluestone vanities and finishes in the residences complement the handcrafted stonework throughout the building. Landscaping is integrated into the façade to enhance its connection to natural materials.
