Made in NY Shows Back on Television

“Made in NY” shows are back on television this fall.


“Saturday Night Live” returns for its 38th season on Saturday, September 15 on NBC with Seth MacFarlene as the host and Frank Ocean as the musical guest. 


Thanks to the presidential election, “SNL” will also make appearances on Thursdays at 8pm.

Twelve new episodes of HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” begin Sunday, September 16 at 9pm as the third season kicks off with Steve Buscemi’s Nucky Thompson facing competition from a rival gangster.

The 64th Primetime Emmys will be handed out live on Sunday, September 23 on ABC at 8pm. “Made in NY” productions are up for more than a hundred awards.

“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” is back for its 14th season beginning Wednesday, September 26 at 9pm on NBC. Mariska Hargitay leads the cast.

“Person of Interest” begins its second season on CBS at 9pm on Thursday, September 27 as a mysterious billionaire seeks to prevent violent crime with the help a former CIA agent.

“Elementary,” a new take on the famous detective Sherlock Holmes starring Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Lui, premieres Thursday, September 27 at 10pm on CBS.

“Made in Jersey” follows a young lawyer from across the river who uses her street smarts to outwit her co-workers at a prestigious law firm in Manhattan. The series premieres on Friday, September 28 at 9pm on CBS.

The Regan family, led by Tom Selleck, returns to CBS with the third season premiere of “Blue Bloods” on Friday, September 28 at 10pm.

“The Good Wife,” starring Julianna Margulies as lawyer Alicia Florrick facing tough decisions in her personal and professional life, begins its new season on Sunday, September 30 at 9pm on CBS.


ABC’s new series “666 Park Ave” finds residents of the menacing address endangered by supernatural forces. The series premieres on Sunday, September 30 at 10pm.
