New Construction: Hudson Hill - 462 West 58th St.


Sales are under way at Hudson Hill a new boutique condominium being constructed at 462 West 58th Street - Columbus Circle West between Ninth and Tenth Avenues.

The 10 story building has 67 apartments. One, two and three bedroom residences some with dens and offices. Many of the units have private terraces and balconies. The top floor apartments have Hudson River views.

Prices range from $900,000 to $2,980,000 and range in size from 760 square feet to 3,253 square feet.

The developer Alchemy properties opted for spacious layouts - large master bedrooms with large baths and walk in closets rather than many building amenities.

The apartments feature hardwood floors, high ceilings & oversized windows. Kitchens feature top-of-the-line appliances including winecoolers and Poggenpohl custom designed cabinets. Master bathrooms feature: - Radiant heated flooring. - Kohler soaking tubs and vanities. - Steam showers, Fridgidaire washer and dryer in each unit.

    Looks very nice. I live around the corner and it seems that construction is going very fast unlike a few other projects in the area. I have heard generally good things about Alchmy - anybody hear anything about this building?

    I can tell you this, at least there is construction moving in Manhattan. Staten Island seems to be relative ghost town on new construction.
