    Hi, Mitchell! The new NYC buildings just keep getting more and more interesting; this one is beautiful, no? One of my clients and I just had a talk about new complexes getting more expensive as time goes on...

    Got here off a link on Colleen's AR post. Gosh I miss Manhattan. The great information here reminds me how much. Get them in the city to read this, they're lucky to have such a good real estate information resource.
